Located in Murat, Cantal, 10 minutes from the Lioran ski resort, 25 minutes from Puy Mary, our chalet has a terrace equipped for outside views and land of 900 m².
It consists :
• on the ground floor: a 45 m² living room with two convertible sofas, TV, an open fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, oven, etc.)
A bathroom with WC.
• upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds.
Weekly rental for winter and summer school periods
No smoking inside the chalet.
Pets not allowed
It consists :
