Magnificent chalet located in the Chamonix valley, completely renovated in 2020.

Located on a southern slope facing Mont Blanc, you will be amazed by the spectacle of the constantly changing landscapes. Bordered by a stream and a waterfall, surrounded by greenery, out of sight and at the same time close to everything, it offers real moments of pause and contemplation.
An unexpected chalet, both poetic and contemporary a few minutes from Chamonix.

Built on three levels, this chalet offers a large living room of 75 m² with high-end kitchen (wine cellar, teppanyaki, microwave, oven, dishwasher, raclette machine for 12 people, food processor ...) as well as a wood stove and a large screen connected television, all opening onto an equipped terrace overlooking the gardens, the waterfall and the Mont Blanc massif.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom.
The first: the Reposoir bedroom is made up of separate beds that can be joined to make a 180x200 double bed, plus a single bed and a balcony overlooking the Mont Blanc massif.
The second: the Mont Blanc room has a king size bed (180x200)
The third: the Refuge which has 5 beds, two of which are on the mezzanine, plus a balcony.
All these rooms have their own bathroom and toilet.

On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with king size bed, possibility of putting a cot, attached to this bedroom, there is another living room and kitchen with 160x200 cm convertible sofa, a bathroom and toilets and a large wooden terrace.
This garden level has its own entrance which allows a certain privacy for a family or couple of friends, this apartment is communicating by an internal staircase with the rest of the chalet.

You will also have a private outdoor parking for 3 cars, washing machine, dryer, WiFi (contact us if you have more than 3 cars).
The path leading to the chalet will be plowed by us.
Access to sleeping on the mezzanine (under the responsibility of adults) requires to be comfortable with a ladder, to be over 8 years old, these beds have a lot of charm but are not very high as in a mountain hut.

We provide you with a free cot and highchair as well as a safety barrier, bed linen included.
On your arrival, the beds will be made, with supply of bath towels and shower products (included in the price).
We have several terraces with table and chairs, deckchairs, sofa, deckchairs, barbecue, all on a large wooded garden.
The chalet has a southern exposure facing the Mont Blanc massif.
The chalet can accommodate a group of 12 people but we invite you to contact us for more than 10 people for a good distribution of beds.

We remind you that the equipment for cars during the winter is mandatory for your travel and your safety.
On request, we can put you in touch with assembly professionals, baby-sitter, home chef, chalet massage, sports shop.
