A chalet, a small fisherman's house... L'Émeraude is an atypical vacation rental with a lot of charm, ideally located in the heart of the JURA lakes region (Vouglans, Clairvaux, Chalain, etc.) in Pont-de-Poitte (right next to the port of Saisse and the famous Marmites).
Located a little behind the village, in a peaceful area, L'Émeraude can accommodate up to 5 people in very good comfortable conditions.
It is composed of a beautiful living room, including a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with flat screen, DVD player and Orange TV.
For sleeping, you will find two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds that can accommodate 3 people: top bed: 90 cm + bottom bed: 140 cm. Beds made upon arrival.
Baby kit (travel cot, high chair, deckchair, swim ring) on request.
The general decoration is neat and light.
You will also find a bathroom with shower where soap is offered to holidaymakers + separate WC. You will have access to the washing machine and ironing facilities.
L'Émeraude also benefits from a mobile air conditioning system in case of extreme heat, a free WiFi connection and a landline telephone line (see conditions with the owner).
Outside, a very pretty covered and shaded terrace (awning) will allow you to enjoy the surrounding fresh air.
