Swimming-poolA pleasant wooden chalet, perfectly equipped and air-conditioned, a very quiet environment, a large swimming pool of 16 x 8 m, a private garden, a large shaded terrace.
A private hamlet of 14 chalets 850 meters from the Bastide de Domme and its breathtaking view over the Dordogne valley.
A children's play area.

The air-conditioned chalet is composed of:
- a large shaded terrace with dining area for 5 people and relaxation area with 2 low armchairs
- a shaded private garden with 2 “Chilean” armchairs for naps!
- a living room with 32" TNT HD television / American kitchen opening directly
- equipped kitchen with dining area for 5 people. Dishwasher, combined oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, 4-burner hob, kettle, crockery, etc.
- a large bedroom with comfortable 140x190 cm bedding and large wardrobe
- a bedroom with 3 90x190 cm beds including 2 bunk beds.
- a bathroom with large shower
- a separate toilet
- a parking space at the foot of the chalet

- the valley of 1001 castles less than 4 km away
- Sarlat-la-Canéda at 13 km
- canoeing on the Dordogne 5 km away

Gite confortable fonctionnel et très propre. Environnement paisible. Propriétaire qui vous accueille par un appel téléphonique. Séjour que lje renouvellerai dans le futur
