Individual wooden chalet on 2 levels, surrounded by nature, with a wooden terrace, garden and parking. The living rooms are bathed in light with their southern exposure. The view is entirely clear over the Combe de Savoie valley and the Bauges massif.

The chalet is composed of:
• on the ground floor
- an open fitted kitchen
- a beautiful living room/living room of 50 m² with direct access to the terrace and the garden
- a toilet
• upstairs :
- three rooms
- a bathroom with shower and WC

Sheets and towels provided, cleaning included in the price.

Located at an altitude of 600 m, 8 minutes from Albertville (all shops) and its medieval city, on the edge of the forest, the chalet is located in a small hamlet.
Many “small” walks (from 1/2 hour to 2 hours) on foot or by mountain bike are possible from the house. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation.

The location at the crossroads of 4 valleys is ideal for practicing all mountain activities.
You can hike, climb, do via ferrata, cycling or mountain biking, tree climbing in the surrounding massifs: Le Beaufortain (Beaufort 20 mins away, Les Saisies 35 mins away), les Bauges, la Vanoise, la Maurienne , Lauzière, Aravis…
Without forgetting swimming and water activities at Lake Annecy (35 min), and the bodies of water with inflatable structures 20 min away.
