Journey in February 2022
"Fabulous chalet in a great location!"
Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations!
We spent a week in this gorgeous chalet during February half term. We have actually rebooked for next year!
The chalet is huge, with more than enough room to accommodate our large family group.
The bedrooms are lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are modern and bright.
There is a very large amount of living space, including a brilliant games room (that we all thoroughly enjoyed!). The utility room came in really handy for washing and drying clothes, and the kids absolutely loved the garden area with the sledges!
Fantastic location for accessing the slopes - a short walk to both the Super Chatel bubble in the centre of town and the chair lift which is on the other side of the lake. Also a great location for exploring the resort and everything it has to offer.
Yveline is the perfect host, and could not do enough for us, without being intrusive. There was so much more going on the resort than just the skiing, and Yveline kept us up to date with everything. Yveline even went out of her way to take one of our punctured tyres to have it repaired!
Our groceries were available for our arrival and there were plenty of toilet rolls, towels, tea towels and pillows provided for the duration of our stay.
The kitchen - wow! Two dishwashers, two large fridges, an industrial size double sink, a large storage room with a freezer and plenty of pots and pans.
The chalet has absolutely everything you could possibly need!
We cannot wait to visit again!
We spent a week in this gorgeous chalet during February half term. We have actually rebooked for next year!
The chalet is huge, with more than enough room to accommodate our large family group.
The bedrooms are lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are modern and bright.
There is a very large amount of living space, including a brilliant games room (that we all thoroughly enjoyed!). The utility room came in really handy for washing and drying clothes, and the kids absolutely loved the garden area with the sledges!
Fantastic location for accessing the slopes - a short walk to both the Super Chatel bubble in the centre of town and the chair lift which is on the other side of the lake. Also a great location for exploring the resort and everything it has to offer.
Yveline is the perfect host, and could not do enough for us, without being intrusive. There was so much more going on the resort than just the skiing, and Yveline kept us up to date with everything. Yveline even went out of her way to take one of our punctured tyres to have it repaired!
Our groceries were available for our arrival and there were plenty of toilet rolls, towels, tea towels and pillows provided for the duration of our stay.
The kitchen - wow! Two dishwashers, two large fridges, an industrial size double sink, a large storage room with a freezer and plenty of pots and pans.
The chalet has absolutely everything you could possibly need!
We cannot wait to visit again!

la 'année prochaine le chalet est bien bloqué ,

Journey in January 2022
"Magnifique hébergement, très bon emplacement"
Bonjour, nous avons passé une semaine en famille et entre amis. L'hébergement est spacieux, confortable, superbement équipé et lumineux. Il est bien placé à Chatel qui est une station hiver - été très agréable. Un seul GROS défaut le wifi ! Nous vous suggérons de mettre des relais aux étages : aujourd'hui c'est efficace et peu onéreux.
Je ne sais pas si c'est le COVID mais les contacts avec la propriétaire se faisait toujours à distance (sms, mail, téléphone, depuis la fenêtre... ?!) ; Pour le COVID on nous a demandé de nettoyer nos sanitaires et sdb : nous sommes repartis en bons hôtes, tout était parfaitement rangé et les consignes suivies... Un petit merci aurait été appréciable...
Malgré cela, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et encore plus si ces remarques étaient prises en compte.

je pense que vous trouverez facilement un chalet , avec des propriétaires plus accueillants et qui viendront vous voir!
déjà pour faire un état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ !
On a eu une recommandation, d'éviter tous les contacts en crise covid!
je suis loueur professionnel !
ainsi q' une situation meilleure que mon chalet ,
bon, sans le confort de l'abris voitures en plein hiver! aucun souci de déneigements !
pour la wifi déjà vous ne m'avez informé de rien ! tout allait bien ,nous ne sommes pas responsable des perturbation de la wifi et si vous men aviez parlé je vous aurais dis qu'il y avait de gros soucis dans la vallée ! la, toute la station avait des soucis , meme moi, avec 1 box a part orange ,et vous aviez votre propre box free !! certain dans le village n'avait meme pas eu internet a la période ou vous étiez au chalet!!
je vous ai écrit , en vous remerciant pour le séjour et l'état du chalet ! mail qui a peut-être été mal reçu !!
j'avais juste demandé, un coup rapide dans la salle de bain et tout ouvrir à cause du covid !!
je vous ai offert l'annexe les 2 chambres et la salle de bain ainsi que le, linge de cette partie et menage de la partie aussi,
et en plus je vous ai fais un prix sur les serviettes ,et le bonus en plus on vous a fait les lits!
un petit merci était aussi appréciable!!!
la normalement le chalet entier les 8 chambres + le chambron je loue 6 300 € a la période ou vous venez + le ménage départ + le linge de lits + les serviettes de toilettes !
je ne viens pas vous voir, déjà pour ne pas vous déranger ( comme vous le dites si bien ,
tout ce fait par téléphone et mail)
le service traiteur , les livraisons des courses gratuites etc etc!
la ,tarifs négocier pour mes chalets, très compétitifs!
Actuellement avec toutes les hausses de prix, jusqu'à la blanchisserie !!nous avons laisser notre tarif sans l' augmenter et je vous ai quand meme offert les 2 chambres et la salle de bain en plus !
