-less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay:
-between 30 days and 15 days:50% of the price of the stay will be acquired by the provider
-less than 15 days before:90% of the price of the stay will remain acquired by the provider.
-no-show: 100% of the price of the stay will remain acquired to the provider.
