The chalet is located in the hamlet Laus, commune of Cervières. Located just 15 minutes from Briançon (8 km), which depends on the resort of Serre Chevalier with its 250 km of slopes.
The chalet is located in a majestic circus, facing the Rochebrune massif, on a vast cross-country ski area which extends over 48 km of trails.
In winter, the altitude at which the chalet is located (1745m) ensures good snow cover.
From the chalet, departure for many ski and snowshoe hikes, ranging from 500m to 1200m in altitude, for beginners to the most experienced.
Tobogganing: opposite the chalet, 50 m away, groomed and secure toboggan run. On the other hand, a long toboggan run starts from the Col d'Izoard over 9 km.
The resort of Serre-Chevalier is nearby for those who want to go downhill skiing (15 min).
The cottage has been completely restored respecting the original 18th century architecture: larch frame, wooden half-timbering, lime plaster. Fully equipped, warm accommodation. Living room extended by an open kitchen, encourages conviviality and family reunions.
