In the heart of southern France, nestled among vineyards and castles, close to the Lot and Dordogne rivers, come taste romance.
Casa Ratafia is a spacious chalet, built by Finnish builders and located on the slope of the park, with wide views over the park and its green surroundings.
This park is aimed at families who want to spend their holidays in peace with quality facilities adapted to their needs: swimming pool, playground with trampoline, tennis court, bistro, etc. There are 58 houses in total.

Casa Ratafia is a chalet for 4 people with a living area of almost 65 m².
There are two "extra spacious bedrooms". A king-size bed of 180x200 cm in one bedroom, two single beds (90x200 cm) in the other bedroom.
On arrival, you will find the beds made (separate mattresses, 1 duvet of 240 * 220, 2 duvets of 140x200).
Is there a baby guest? Then we will provide you with a cot, baby bath and high chair free of charge if you wish.

Thanks to the typical Finnish wooden construction, the living and sleeping areas are light and airy.
You can see the beams all the way to the top of the roof!
Even in daytime temperatures of +40°C, you will enjoy a good night's sleep without air conditioning.
The natural materials and the location of the bedrooms on the north side of the chalet, against the forest behind, contribute to this.

The spacious bathroom has been renovated and now has a large walk-in shower, sink and storage cupboard. A hairdryer comes as standard.
Separated from the bathroom is a toilet room with washbasin.

The living room has a comfortable dining area and an inviting lounge/TV corner. Books and games are provided. The living space feels even larger as the huge balcony terrace is directly accessible from the flat.

The kitchen, directly connected to the living room, is equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, multifunction oven (microwave, grill, hot air). Even a discerning hobby cook will be satisfied with all the cooking utensils available to put delicious meals on the table. A kitchen kit with sufficient dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, a sponge, etc. is provided on arrival.

And then comes the big asset of Casa Ratafia: 2 very spacious terraces allowing you to enjoy the sun or delicious shade from early morning until late at night.
The large balcony-terrace at the front is connected to the living room and has a seating area and a dining area.
Even a shower in spring or autumn is not a spoilsport because this terrace is fully covered.
Enjoy a magnificent and expansive view!

The other terrace is close to the front door and especially welcomes you in the morning for breakfast in the sun!
On hot days, you can enjoy the shade here after midday.
This terrace can be completely closed off with a loose sturdy fence so young children can play outside safely.
The base of both terraces is made of wooden planks; you can place a small children's pool on it, for example.
The fence is certainly high enough throughout to provide safety.
