Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it consists of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a comfortable living dining room with flat screen TV, WiFi internet
- on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (air conditioning in the master bedroom), 1 bathroom and separate toilet
- upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet
It is a residential area, therefore quiet.
Close to all amenities (village center with its shops, tram) without being inconvenienced.
Possibility of parking vehicles easily and free of charge around or in front of the house.
Very well served: airport, train station, tram line 3 (5 minutes on foot), which brings you to Montpellier city center, Place de la Comédie, the train station and cycle path to the beach.
Located in Pérols, an authentic small village with traditional festivals.
We rent for a minimum of 4 nights except during school holidays when it is a minimum week (from Saturday to Saturday).
Preferential rates for longer periods (monthly for example).
