• a bus stop which serves the island, the beaches, the tourist sites
For walking enthusiasts, the GR 340 which criss-crosses Belle-Île-en-Mer has been voted France's favorite long-distance hiking (GR) trail in 2021

The house is located on a private wooded plot of 1100 m² with a private path which allows access to the house and to park several vehicles.

On the ground floor :
• an entrance with toilets and wardrobe
• a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining storage room with storage, washing machine and small additional fridge
• a living room, dining room of 40 m², with TV
• a bedroom with a sofa bed (160x200), screen and DVD player, adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet as well as 3 bedrooms:
• one with a 160x200 bed
• one with a 140x200 bed
• one with 2 beds of 90x200
Each room is equipped with storage furniture.

The house is completely surrounded by a terrace and has garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
