- bedroom 2: 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and sink
- bedroom 3 on the mezzanine (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed)
The equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, washing machine, 2 hobs, microwave, large fridge-freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette grill.
Living room: table and 8 chairs and a fixed 4-seater sofa
Baby bed and high chair available.
Quiet and well located residence.
Free access to the unheated, private and secure swimming pool.
View of the valley and the mountains of 'Pays Toy'.
Cellar in the basement and private parking.
Shops and town center 400 m.
An access plan is attached to the rental contract.
Luz thermal baths to relax after skiing and hiking.
Close to the Grand Tourmalet ski resorts (Barèges-La Mongie: 100 km of slopes) at 10 km and Luz-Ardiden (60 km of slopes) at 12 km and Gavarnie at 20 km.

"Séjour en été"
Très bel appartement pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Idéalement situé pour aller faire de belles randonnées dans les cirques, vers les magnifiques lacs des Pyrénées ou le pic du midi.
