In Noaillac, you will stay in part of my main residence. The accommodation (which is not classified as a cottage but the request for classification as furnished tourist accommodation will be submitted) can accommodate up to 8 people, has its own entrance, its own land with terrace, no vis-à-vis, you will have the view on the small forest in which a course is cleared so that you can walk there. Your vehicle will be parked a few meters from the front door.

The property of more than 5 ha is made up of meadows bordered by a river classified natura 2000 (the lisos). It is located less than 5 minutes from the A62 junction (Bordeaux Toulouse) and 15 minutes from the access to the A65 (Langon Pau). It is served by a small municipal road. You will find a green setting and calm there.

The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor with the kitchen area equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, 'a coffee maker, a toaster and crockery for 8 people.
The living area has a sofa bed for sleeping two people. You will also find a WC, a small laundry room with the washing machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, two with a 140X190 bed and the third with two 90X140 beds, a bathroom with WC.
The entire house has access to free WIFI and is equipped with reversible air conditioning (temperature adjustable room by room).

You will find horses, goats, poultry which will be able to make the happiness of the children.

You want to bring an equine (horse, pony, donkey), no problem, it will find its place in the meadows (contact me for prices).

- the towns or villages of La Réole, Bazas, Saint Macaire, Meihan -sur-Garonne, Casteljaloux, Marmande, Cadillac, Duras, Monségur, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Castelmoron d'Albret, Pondaurat, Bordeaux …….
- The castles of Roquetaille in Mazères (Fantomas), Cazeneuve in Pompéjac, Rauzan, Guilleamagues, Malromé in St André du Bois, Domaine de Malagar in St Maixant
- without forgetting our Beaupuy, Duras, Sauternes, St Emilion vineyards… (the wine route).

Sports activities: the side canal at the Garonne is only a few kilometers away, golf, tree climbing, thermal baths and a landscaped lake await you in Casteljaloux (30min). Canoe rental within 5 km, nautical base and marina in Fontet (supervised swimming in summer) 6 km away, cycle routes with the 24k 500 Fontet loop which passes through the village of Noaillac and the loop of the Marmandais vineyard of 52 km 500 which passes to 2 km 500 from the property.
For hikers, the Chemin de Compostelle (Vezelais route) passes through La Réole.
If you like thrills, La Réole aerodrome offers parachute jumps.
