Il casolare si trova in una frazione tranquilla a 1 km dal villaggio di Saint-Georges-de-Reintembault (panetteria, cinema, distributore di benzina, supermercato), a 10 km dalla A84, tra Mont-Saint-Michel e la città medievale di Fougères, vicino al parco divertimenti Ange Michel, al parco botanico dell'Alta Bretagna e al castello di Rocher-Portail per gli amanti della stregoneria.
Puoi raggiungere Dinan, Dinard, Cherrueix, la spiaggia di Carolles... balcone sulla baia di Mont-Saint-Michel e Avranches, luogo di conservazione degli archivi del Mont (Scriptorial) in meno di mezz'ora di strada o autostrada e molte altre destinazioni in Normandia.
