- a second of 6 people (2 bedrooms) 67 m²
- a 3rd gîte still in an apartment (2 bedrooms) 69 m²
- a 89 m² maisonette for 6 people, this one equipped with an outdoor spa (on the private terrace)
We rent all 4 gites (3 in apartments and 1 in a maisonette) on the same property
* gîte 1 - 38 m² apartment, bathroom, WC, kitchenette, one bedroom and a convertible sofa bed for 4 people
* lodgings 2 and 3 are apartments of 70 m² each and equipped with kitchens and bathrooms with WC of 2 bedrooms and a convertible sofa each for a total of 6 beds per cottage (12 beds for these 2 cottages on the same bearing)
* gîte 4 is a pretty 90 m² maisonette with a living room and terrace with outdoor jacuzzi (spa) overlooking the fields. 2 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs) with 2 convertible sofas in the living room for a total of 8 beds for this maisonette.
Total of 24 beds for the 4 lodgings
We rent for a minimum of 2 nights all of the gites
ON REQUEST: possibility of a seminar in the reception room with chairs and tables provided (on request with additional cost)

"Trop bien"
Nous avons célèbre le mariage de mon frère dans ce magnifique parc, puis dans la très belle salle. Nous avons pu aussi profiter des belles chambres du gîte. Endroit très propre très bien équipé (ils ont pensé à tout), les deux propriétaires d'une grande disponibilité et extrêmement sympathique. Je recommande vivement.

"Un séjour reposant"
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans ce havre de paix et de verdure. Rien de tel pour se ressourcer. Le gîte était très confortable, lumineux, bien équipé, et très bien situé, proche de la mer et du super skate Park de Merville Franceville (pour les enfants). Quel bonheur de se lever le matin et de voir les champs... Le Spa est un vrai plus. Le parc est très agréable avec en plus un plan d'eau qui a permis aux enfants de s'initier à la pêche ! Greg et Virginie sont des hôtes très accueillants. Nous reviendrons...

"Site exceptionnel dans un havre de paix"
Nous avons passé nos vacances de la Toussaint au Domaine du Moulin du pré. C’est un lieu exceptionnel, le parc est magnifique, les gîtes bien équipés, Grégory et Virginie sont des propriétaires très accueillants et toujours disponibles. Pour des vacances à la campagne tout en restant proche de la mer je recommande vivement.
