The apartment faces east offering a beautiful view of the mountains and the forest, the Pré-Saint-Esprit cable car and the village of Arc 2000. It is located perfectly in a quiet area in a residence with elevator in the heart of the village of Arc 1950, giving you access to all the equipment and services.
