Piscina Sentieri trekkingLocated in the heart of Gers, in Gascony (not far from Vic-Fezensac, Eauze and Condom), the most picturesque region in the South-West of France, Lassénat St. Georges offers 4 superb individual gîtes with swimming pool.
Located in an old restored barn, the gîtes (classified 3 ***) which bear the name of the musketeers (Athos and Porthos for 2/3 people | D'Artagnan and Aramis for 4/5 people) have been renovated to accommodate you comfortably in a haven of peace.
ARAMIS: On the ground floor, a kitchen area with all the equipment, a living room and a bedroom for 2 people with a large wardrobe.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with 3 single beds (or convertible into 1 double bed + 1 single bed)

The 1.83 hectare property is quiet, surrounded by fields and sunflowers. The wooded area and the water point are ideal for walks and picnics. Deer are often present in the surrounding fields.
Nightingales, kingfishers and herons come to our property, also flown over by a few buzzards circling above their future prey.
Come and discover the Gers, a very beautiful region of France that is particularly welcoming with its castles, its festivals (Bandas - Feria - Tempo Latino - D'Artagnan Festival in Lupiac - Jazz in Marciac), its picturesque villages, its markets, its agriculture and its production of wine and Armagnac.

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the deposit will be refunded less the management costs (30 €).
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental, the owner will keep the reservation deposit.
In case of no-show of the tenant on the scheduled date of entry into the gîte (unless previously agreed with the owner), the reservation will be canceled and the owner may re-let the accommodation.
