Living room with kitchen area, very well equipped, Savoyard decor. Kitchen including dishwasher and combi oven.
1 bedroom with 90 bunk beds and large quiet closet with sliding bay window opening onto the loggia and the garden.
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, cupboard and wardrobe, with view of the Mont Blanc range.
Bathroom with shower, sink, towel radiator. Separate WC.
Very bright apartment, large bay windows with roller shutters.
Electric underfloor heating.
Large balcony and loggia with garden table and chairs, deck chairs and parasol, small private and enclosed garden.

Private lockable cellar with ski locker, designed to store bicycles, strollers, suitcases...with cube freezer (in addition to the refrigerator).
Shared and available for both accommodations: washing machine, ironing board and electric iron but also fondue, raclette and waffle machines for winter evenings. Electric table barbecue for the summer (only for the T3 apartment).

Close to the center of Sallanches and its shops, 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Combloux and Megève in winter, hiking trails departing from the chalet in summer.
15 minutes from the Thermal Baths of St Gervais.

The road from the center of Sallanches to our house is cleared of snow in winter, the parking lot is regularly cleared of snow in the event of heavy snowfall but special equipment (chains, etc.) remains essential.
