- 1 “first necessity” welcome kit will be at your disposal for your arrival
- everything you need for baby will be at your disposal: bed with changing table + high chair + cutlery

You can enjoy your meals in complete peace and quiet on the loggia, not overlooked. The residence is secure (beeps and codes).

Cleaning must be done by you. Two deposit checks (or cash or fund transfers made in advance) will be requested from you on the day of your arrival (one for €500 for possible damage and one for €50 for insufficient cleaning).

You can park your car on your pitch and do everything on foot during your stay.
