This former private school, completely rehabilitated in 2019 into a luxury residence in the Art Deco style, offers you a quiet location, with a large shared tarmacked courtyard, a green space with pétanque or molkky ground and a children's game. The accommodation is part of the oldest part dating from 1900, with large stone walls, it guarantees you freshness in summer and perfect sound insulation.

This F2 apartment, ideal for 2/3 people, with an area of 36 m², NON-SMOKING, has:
An entrance hall with cloakroom, separate WC, giving directly (access by 2 steps) to the living space of the apartment.
A fully equipped kitchen semi-open to the living room, will allow you to cook in a friendly atmosphere (dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette grill, etc.).
The cocooning Scandinavian-style living space includes a convertible sofa and its 140 cm mattress for additional sleeping, a 102 cm adjustable TV with its box of 160 channels and radios as well as its private Wifi.
The dining area is equipped with a round table with 4 chairs and a large 4-door sideboard, available for storing your personal effects.
A master bedroom with dressing room, a top quality bedding 140 cm memory foam mattress with cushions, a dressing table and ironing equipment. With each new tenant, the disposable covers protecting the bedding are systematically changed.
A private bathroom accessible from the bedroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and column will offer you plenty of storage space.

You will also have at your disposal during your stay a private room located on the ground floor with a washer-dryer machine. You can store your bikes, sleds and your ski equipment. For the comfort of our tenants, this room is equipped with 1 electric shoe dryer for 2 pairs of ski or hiking boots.

All you have to do is put down your luggage, you will benefit from the following concierge services for your comfort:
– Personalized welcome on site by indicating your arrival time in advance: with handing over of the keys, visit of the premises (the inventory of fixtures being carried out previously), various exchanges on the apartment, the residence in a friendly atmosphere and full of good addresses.
– A welcome pack with daily consumables for your arrival.
– Ecological cleaning products and a microfiber cloth provided.
– Telephone availability in case of need during your insured stay.
Additional services payable by the tenant (request to be made when drafting the contract):
– Bed linen and towels + beds made on arrival including: 1 fitted sheet, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases / person, bathroom linen (bath sheet + bath towel), 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels at the rate of 17 € per person.
– Weekly / additional linen change for cures on request and at the same price.
– Rental of childcare equipment at the rate of €25 for the complete kit (cot, mattress, baby chair, changing mat)
– “End of stay” cleaning: in this particular period facing covid19, this service is strongly recommended in order to respect the health and safety of our tenants. We thank you for providing an additional sum of 60 € for cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation.
