Bocce ball court Hiking trails FishingCozy apartment, ideally located 100 m from the beaches and shops.
It is on the ground floor overlooking a colorful garden and the sea.
It has in front of a private garden allowing meals to be taken. Garden table and chairs available.
The Balcon du Béchet residence is very quiet.
We take care of this apartment because we regularly occupy it as a family.
It is composed of a living room with sea view and a dining area with a table that can accommodate 8 people.
We have installed a very well-equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, fan-assisted oven combined with microwave, 3 induction hobs.
The master bedroom also has a sea view. The bed measures 160x200 (Simmons bedding) with a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom with garden view has two single beds that can be configured as a double bed.
The bathroom was completely redone in 2021 with a large shower.
The toilets are in a separate area. Plenty of storage available.
We have a private outdoor parking space located just behind the apartment.
Many activities:
Club for children on the beach, mini-golf at 100 m, tennis, sailing school, kayak rental, beautiful walks nearby and Golf at Saint-Briac or Lancieux 3 km
The town of Dinard is 8 km away and Saint-Malo 16 km with the SNCF train station. Shuttles for the islands of Jersey and Chausey.
Beautiful walks to do all along the Rance with a visit to the town of Dinan.
