On the garden level of the house, apartment on wooden floor, renovated in March 2019, ecological materials. New insulating windows. Apartment furnished in seaside style, white, wood and blue; includes equipped kitchen (dishwasher), bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and separate WC, bedroom/living room (1 comfortable 140 bed - 2019).
Kitchen opening onto the terrace (25m²) and the flower garden (80m²). Garden furniture (2 deck chairs). Calm. Own. No smoking inside.
Ideal for walking couples: you go for a walk without a car, towards Ploumanac'h, the fishing port, the stone monsters of the GR34 or towards Trégastel, the chapel in the town center, the Renote peninsula...
Located at the edge of Tourony beach (50m) facing the "Seven Islands", access to the apartment is via a path joining the customs officers' path, a promise of walks in a grandiose and preserved environment. Possibility of installing an umbrella bed that you bring. You enjoy the garden with trees and flowers, but left as a meadow for pollinators. You can bring bikes and kayaks or rent them right behind the house and enjoy them easily given the location of the apartment.
Free parking at the bottom of the path. I live upstairs in the house. Welcome cat friends!
