You can go swimming or go to the mountains directly from the house by leaving your vehicle parked on its private location. Think about it this is not the case everywhere!
We offer a T2 very well located because very close to the lake and the beach and 300 meters from the shops.
Bakery, groceries, press... the market in the summer season, the fireworks in high season...
This T2 has a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with separate wc.
In the living room a sofa bed completes the bed. A second bathroom makes this T2 perfect for a family or four adults.
The kitchen is very functional, well equipped, to complete an iron, an ironing board, washing machine.
You will find a private parking space. A room to store your sports equipment, bike, kite ...
The terrace, without vis-à-vis, facing south west will allow you to make the most of the Provençal climate of this southern part of the Hautes Alpes. The enchanting setting of the lake in a mountainous setting will delight you.
