Bike loans Bike pathThis tourist accommodation is located in a residential area, 15 min walk from the beaches, the port and the historic center of Argelès sur mer. I offer you an air-conditioned apartment of 40 m² with its 8 m² loggia facing East, where it will be good to take your meals and relax.. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a recent closed and secure two-storey residence. A private parking space is allocated to you. A collective bike room can be used. On request, two adult bicycles can be made available to you free of charge.
O GECKO MARIN is ideal for 2 people, but is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. (including baby)
Animals are not allowed.

The accommodation is composed of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with table / chairs, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed (which will ensure you a perfect sleep after your busy days) 2 bedside tables and dressing room, as well as a a bathroom (shower and WC).
The terrace has a dining area and a relaxation area (two deckchairs).
THE EQUIPMENT (a complete inventory will be given to you)
3-burner induction hob, Electric oven, Microwave oven, Fridge / Freezer

THE ENVIRONMENT
Close to amenities (shops 200 m), mini-golf, municipal swimming pool.
Bike path and bus stop at the foot of the residence. Ideally you are 15 minutes walk from the central beach and its entertainment, the port, the old town where you can stroll on Wednesday and Saturday morning on its market and the SNCF station.
In the surroundings you will find Luna Park, Aqualand, Accrobranches and sliding sports.
Starting point for discovering the vermeille coast: Argelès and its surroundings (Collioures, Cerbère and its marine route, Banuyls, Port venders, Perpignan, Spain and the mountains.
COMFORT SERVICE AND OPTIONS
Are provided: duvets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, undersheet, pillows, pillowcases and pillow protectors as well as shower towels and tea towels.
On request before your arrival Baby accessories (cot, high chair and changing mat)

End of stay cleaning: two options

Cleaning fee: €50 to be paid on arrival.
This does not exclude the storage of the accommodation as well as the dishes which must be washed and tidied up and the bins emptied.
