Quimiac is a seaside resort with incredible charm, where there is a little air of La Baule with its pine trees sheltering pretty villas.

The shops, open all year round, are grouped around the market square which takes place every Friday morning. The best way to discover Quimiac is to get lost in its streets which almost all end on a beach, for the most beautiful Lansaria (900 m from the apartment) or Sorlock (1.3 km). It is also a paradise for fishermen on foot.
Our favorites: the small port of Toul-Ru, the tip of Merquel, the port of Kercabellec and its oyster bars, without forgetting the salt marshes of Mes.

Our apartment is located in a condominium of 5 apartments, accessible on foot to all shops and beaches (Moulin beach 700 m). It is on the 2nd floor, taking an exterior staircase.

You can enjoy the garden enclosed by a gate, by installing your deckchair there or take advantage of the garden table. It is a green space that we share with our next-door neighbors.

The assets of this apartment are the brightness as it faces south/west and the unobstructed view from the 7 m² balcony. The living room is arranged around a kitchen area with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a lounge area with a BZ sofa.

The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
Finally, the bedroom has a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom.
