Ideally located 100 m from the beach, and close to all the shops, this apartment allows you to stop using your car for the duration of your stay.
This 87 m² apartment, for 5 people, benefits from a south-facing terrace allowing you to see the sea and the port.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it is equipped with air conditioning.
The closed parking space is located in the basement of the building, access possible with the elevator for more convenience.
It consists :
- entrance hall
- living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, and access to the terrace
- dining room with a table for 6 people
- 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (2 doubles + 1 single)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 2 toilets
- equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small appliances), ironing equipment, washing machine cellar
Bed linen is provided, but not towels or kitchen towels.
The situation allows you to do everything on foot as much for the shopping, the promenade, the beach which offers many games for children, the port with its magnificent promenade on the pier.
Rosas is a very lively little town all year round with a Mediterranean climate, many tourist sites to visit such as The Citadel of Rosas, San Père de Rodes and its monastery, the picturesque natural park of Cap de Creus and more.
You can immerse yourself in the world of Savaltor Dali the Dalinian triangle, the museum located in Figueres where the artist rests, the house where the master lived located in Cadaqués, a magnificent white village which inspired many of his works and the castles de Pubol located in a small town in the ALT EMPORDÀ, 32 km from Rosas.
We will ask you 50 € for cleaning, if you do it yourself, they will be returned to you, once the inventory has been carried out.
Personalized welcome with the handing over of the keys, permanent contact if necessary.
