In an authentic Savoyard chalet, this gîte is ideally located at the foot of the slopes in the hamlet of Frasses, between the village of Notre-Dame de Bellecombe and the resort of Les Saisies.

The apartment is spacious. It has a living room with an area of 20 m², a beautiful independent kitchen with a view of the mountain and two large bedrooms including a master bedroom of 12 m² and a second bedroom for the children.

Direct access to the "La Boulangère" ski lift which provides access to all of the resort's slopes as well as those of the Espace Diamant in Les Saisies.
Free parking in front of the chalet.

- 10 m² kitchen with 90 liter refrigerator with freezer, gas + electricity hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Available: raclette and fondue set
- living room of 20 m² (west exposure) with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, two “mountain” pieces of furniture and a television
- bathroom ; bathtub and sink
- independent toilets
- master bedroom of 12 m² with sloping ceilings with a 160 cm bed with a storage cupboard
- children's bedroom of 15 m² with two 90 cm beds with a storage cupboard

In winter, free shuttle to Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe station.
In summer, the chalet is at the start of a hiking trail, and many activities are offered in the various nearby resorts
