Capistrano Playa has a lift, but due to the location of this flat it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.

The neighbourhood also has two communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children 40 cm deep, with lawns and shaded areas, as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar next to the pool.

To reach Burriana beach, it's just a few minutes' walk through the tropical gardens of Capistrano Playa. This will take you to the seafront with a promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a multitude of water sports during the summer months (kayaking, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana beach has showers, sun loungers, children's play areas and volleyball courts. The Balcon de Europa is a 20-minute walk away. There is a regular local bus service just a few minutes' walk from the flat.
