Possibility of accommodating up to 4 people with a separate bedroom, consisting of a double bed + dressing room and a sofa bed in the living room.

Located 200 meters from a supermarket, numerous local shops you can also enjoy water activities, sailing club, paddle rental, sea scooter without forgetting the casino, thalassotherapy, equestrian center...

Cycle path 50 m away to follow the landing beaches and the possibility of reaching the city of Caen.

Two adult bikes at your disposal.

Bath towels and tea towels are provided.
We can also provide bed sheets, it costs €10 per set.
Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available (with filters, coffee, tea and sugar).

The cleaning fee requested is minimal. We therefore ask our guests to return the rental as you found it: trash emptied, dishes put away, vacuumed, etc.

We obviously systematically come back after your departure in order to re-prepare for the following guests.

During the week, we are more available after 4:30 p.m., on weekends and school holidays, we are more available (from 1:30 p.m.) but the schedule will be defined with our tenants.
