Located in Maurienne, in the village of Orelle, at the foot of the 3 Vallées ski area (largest ski area in Europe - 600 km of slopes), this comfortable and warm apartment for 1 to 4 people is located in a residence 3 stars which offers the possibility of access to its wellness area with indoor heated swimming pool, spa and jacuzzi (only in summer and winter season).
It is an ideal location and easy to access (road - train - plane) for skiers (winter), hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and nature and mountain lovers.
The new gondola takes skiers and walkers directly to the Orelle - Val Thorens area at an altitude of 2,350 meters.
The Maurienne Valley is ideal for hikers thanks to its tens of kilometers of marked hikes and for cyclists who can climb the most legendary passes (Télégraphe, Galibier, Iseran, etc.)
Many other activities (museums, tree climbing, escape game, etc.) will allow you to discover the treasures of Maurienne and Haute Maurienne.
The accommodation is equipped with an entrance hall with access to the bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room, a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a separate bedroom with a 160x200 storage bed (separable into 2 parts) and storage cabinets, and a balcony with chair and table. You will also find a raclette and fondue set to taste local recipes.
You will also find free, private covered parking and a private ski locker in your residence.
In high season, you will also find a restaurant, a terrace bar and a grocery store with bread delivery.
A shuttle bus takes you in winter from the residence to the foot of the gondola.

"Excellent séjour"
Très bel appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui est à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Endroit calme et bonne situation par rapport aux activités et sites à découvrir.

"Agréable séjour"
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Appartement très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut d'un point de vue équipement. Emplacement idéal pour skier à Val-Thorens. Propriétaire disponible.

Appartement conforme à nos attentes. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons apprécié le parking , le centre de remise en forme et la proximité des pistes de Val Thorens.

Très bon accueil, avec de bons conseils.
Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable.
La place de parking au sous sol est un vrai +. Avec la navette qui achemine au télécabine, pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire aussi bien en appareils ménagers quand vaisselles.
Garage à disposition et navette pour l'accès aux remontées mécaniques pas besoin de voiture passage régulier
