The apartment is located only 200 m from the cable car of the Les Contamines-Montjoie ski resort, only 300 m from the cross-country ski start, there is a view of Mont Joly with its magnificent waterfalls, a stream right next to the residence, the village center accessible on foot along the stream (15 minutes).

There are many hikes accessible directly from the apartment, ski resort, cross-country skiing, Pontet leisure park 1 km away (lakes, tree climbing, swimming lake, pedal boats, climbing rock, tennis, dog park polar…), Mont-Blanc tramway at 10 km, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains at 10 km, Chamonix at 30 km…

The apartment is located on the fourth floor, with the elevator.
It is composed of the living room (kitchen, dining room, sofa) with access to the balcony, a bedroom and a cabin with window, bathroom and separate WC.
With a surface area of 40 m² it is very comfortable for 4 people, equipped for a maximum of 6 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room (130x190 cm), bunk beds in the cabin (80x190 cm) and a double bed (140x190 cm).

In the kitchen you will find the fridge, dishwasher, kettle, 2 coffee machines, raclette machine.
There is also a vacuum cleaner and washing machine.

The apartment was renovated in 2023.
