Our apartment is located in a secure residence (closures equipped with digicodes), quiet and wooded, benefiting from many sports equipment: 4 tennis courts (2 in quick and 2 in synthetic), 2 swimming pools + 1 paddling pool, a beach volleyball court, a basketball, 3 bowling green, 3 ping-pong tables and children's games.

Our house has 3 rooms (1 bedroom on the 1st level, a dining-kitchen and a large bedroom on the mezzanine) with separate sanitary facilities and bathroom with 1 bathtub + 1 loggia which can be closed at will thanks to a bay window system. folding sliding door and thus offers an additional living space in winter and summer.
In this particularly pleasant and bright room, thanks to the "glass wall" system, you benefit from a total view of the sea whether the bay window is closed or open and you can thus, even out of season, have lunch while enjoying a panorama. exceptional.
You can also enjoy the sun all day long either on the loggia with sea view, or on our flowered terrace overlooking a small garden with independent entrance.
Thanks to the automatic watering, you will be able, without constraint, to enjoy various Mediterranean essences and shrubs (fig, laurel, strawberry, aloe, thyme, rosemary, etc.)

Our house is part of a group of terraced houses in a wooded and flowered area where it is pleasant to walk.
The architectural design of the area, the density of construction and the importance of green spaces, are a guarantee of tranquility and avoid the promiscuity that we are often confronted with in holiday homes.

This accommodation is ideal for 4 people (+ 2 x 2 emergency beds), however animals are not allowed.
