This 3 room apartment has been completely renovated, completed in July 2022.

Located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, the apartment offers 4 beds (2 140x200 beds) and on the 5th bed, an extra heater for a child under 12 years old.
East/West crossing apartment, very bright.
Wii-Fi is included.
Cellar available (at -1) for ski equipment, sledding, bicycles.
Parking on the street in front of the building.

The apartment distributes:
- an entrance with coat racks,
- a bedroom with a 140x200 bed
- a toilet with library,
- a dressing room with storage, ironing equipment, high chair, travel cot, inflatable bathtub.
- a bathroom with washing machine/dryer,
- a living room with a 140x200 convertible sofa and a fireside chair equipped with a mattress topper for a 100x200 child's bed.
Smart TV: it is connected to the internet, if you have subscriptions (Netflix, you tube, etc.) you can watch them directly on the TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, crepe party.
