The apartments all have a kitchen and a private bathroom, and each unit has a terrace/veranda.
"Trilo": a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which we can use as another double), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower cabin.
Possibility of adding additional places: single bed in the bedroom or armchair beds in the kitchen.
The swimming pool is large, 15 x 8 meters and 3.5 m deep, in the upper part (with trampoline) and 1.2 m, in the lower part; shared with guests; has a special heating system, using solar panels.
Ideal place for families with children (we have an outdoor area equipped for their enjoyment - large trampoline, slide, rackets, balls, bicycles, etc.)
But it is also a place for romantic stays.
In the heart of the palm trees, thanks to its large spaces, it is also the ideal place for group meetings, for example on vacation, or for special occasions.
We also welcome four-legged friends, because we consider them part of the family!
Although we are surrounded by nature, we are not "isolated", in fact the town of Floridia is only 1 km away (for shopping, restaurants, bars, typical delicatessens, ice cream parlors, etc.); Syracuse is about 12 km away; the sea and our wonderful golden sandy beaches are just 15 minutes away by car, we provide parasols for our guests.
