Very well located, 7 minutes walk from the Center de la Garde with local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...) and its market three days a week (Tuesday-Friday and Saturday morning) and 400 meters from a hypermarket .
The Pradet beaches are 2.5 kilometers from the rental.
Bike path 200 meters away which takes us towards Hyères or Toulon.
It is composed :
• a bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140 cm bed
• a shower room with WC
• living room/dining room/kitchen comprising:
• hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, sofa and TV and high speed WIFI (fiber)
• a terrace with plancha.
Additional services:
- bed made
