The Apartment has been carefully restored respecting the Tuscan style. The accommodation is located on the top floor (30 steps) and the large windows enjoy lovely views over the Florentine Chianti hills.
The furniture consists of antique furniture. The kitchen is well equipped.
The La Vigna apartment is composed as follows:
• Living room with well-equipped kitchenette,
• A double bedroom on the mezzanine,
• Bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC and window.
The property is located on the hills in the south-west of Florence 10 km from the city center, in the Chianti region, and only 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the tram which runs every 5 minutes to Florence, with free parking. The Scandicci - Firenze Santa Maria Novella tram journey takes 18 minutes.
The farm is immersed in a natural environment of vineyards, olive groves and woods. The position is panoramic and very quiet. The views are all magnificent and overlook the surrounding countryside.
We offer the rental of 5 apartments for 2 / 4 people. The accommodations are all very welcoming and comfortable, bright and equipped with WiFi. 3 apartments are located on the top floor (30 steps) and 2 apartments are located on the ground floor
La Tinaia is the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday, exploring Florence and Tuscany and its UNESCO Heritage sites: Fiesole, Certaldo, Vinci, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Pistoia and the small villages of Chianti Classico, all of which can be reached quickly.
The large garden has a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views of the vineyards and olive trees, common areas equipped for dining in the garden, solarium, and barbecue.
We take care to provide everyone with the best conditions for a quiet holiday, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where everyone's privacy is respected.
We are at your disposal to guide you to discover Florence and Tuscany.
We produce and sell Chianti DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil, all of excellent quality. The complete wine production cycle is entirely managed in our cellar and only with our rasin as well as aging and bottling.
We cultivate our olives in order to produce a superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
A good restaurant (Ristorante Fiore) is located 5 minutes walk (200 meters), other small restaurants and pizzerias are located in the vicinity.
The territory also offers the possibility of hiking and walking or mountain biking (you have to be trained)

"Superbe !"
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine à la Tinaia avec nos 3 enfants. Vue magnifique et endroit très calme bien appréciable après les journées sur les sites touristiques. Appartement très propre, pièces spacieuses, beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine et linge de toilette de qualité. Visite à Florence très facile en prenant le tram comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Tina est tres accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les villages à visiter, endroits pour faire les courses,…notre appartement n’étant pas loué le jour de notre départ nous avons pu y rester et profiter de la piscine jusqu’à notre vol en soirée. Une très bonne adresse à recommander !
