The Apartment has been carefully restored respecting the Tuscan style. The accommodation is located on the top floor (30 steps) and the large windows enjoy very beautiful views of the Chianti hills. The furniture consists of antique furniture. The kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment is composed as follows:
• Large living-dining room with well-equipped kitchen area,
• Two double bedrooms, one of which is in the attic.
• Bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC and window.
The property is located on the hills in the south-west of Florence 10 km from the city center, in the Chianti region, and only 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the tram which runs every 5 minutes to Florence, with free parking. The Scandicci - Firenze Santa Maria Novella tram journey takes 18 minutes.

"Génial !"
Très bon séjour à La Tinaia ! Vue exceptionnelle sur les collines toscanes et les Apennins enneigés ! Tina et Franco sont adorables ! L'appartement familial est très bien agencé même si la cuisine est un peu petite. Le gîte est très bien situé par rapport à Florence et on peut laisser la voiture à Scandicci pour prendre le Tram jusqu'à Florence. Situé à 1h de Pise et du bord de mer et à 50 minutes de San Gimignagnio. Super séjour! on recommande ! PS : la piscine n'est pas en eau en avril.
