Tina and Franco welcome you to their "Agriturismo La Tinaia", typical Tuscan farmhouse where agricultural activity is combined with tourist accommodation.

The furniture consists of antique furniture. The kitchen is well equipped.

The Ginestra studio is located on the ground floor and has a private space in the garden. The swimming pool is in common use and each family has its space around it. The accommodation is located at the back of the house and overlooks the garden with a view of the forest. Ginestra is composed of a large room where we find:
• a living room-kitchen area with a sofa, a table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchenette;
• a "night" area with a double bed or two twin beds;
• a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC and a window. A wardrobe is located in a disengagement space between the bathroom and the large room.

The studio is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi and ceiling fan.

The property is located on the hills in the south-west of Florence 10 km from the city center, in the Chianti region, and only 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the tram which runs every 5 minutes to Florence, with free parking. The journey by tram is 18 minutes (Scandicci - Firenze Santa Maria Novella).

The farm is immersed in a natural environment, vineyards, olive groves and woods. The position is panoramic and very quiet. The views are all magnificent and overlook the surrounding countryside.

We offer the rental of 5 apartments for 2 or 4 people. The accommodations are all very welcoming and comfortable, bright and equipped with WiFi. 3 apartments are located on the top floor (30 steps) and 2 apartments are located on the ground floor

La Tinaia is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, discovering Florence and Tuscany and its Unesco Heritage sites: Fiesole, Certaldo, Vinci, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Pistoia and the small villages of Chianti Classico, all quickly reachable.

The large garden has a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views over the vineyards and olive trees, furnished dining areas in the garden, solarium, and barbecue. Each family has its space around the swimming pool.

The house is large with large outdoor spaces. Some apartments have private areas in the garden, others have common areas. We take care to provide everyone with the best conditions for a quiet holiday, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where everyone's privacy is respected.

We are at your disposal to guide you to discover Florence and Tuscany.

We produce and sell Chianti DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil, all of excellent quality. We will be pleased to offer you a tasting of our wines and extra-virgin oil.

The wine production cycle is entirely managed on the farm, where the grapes are grown and where the winemaking process takes place, followed by the aging and bottling of the wine.

We cultivate our olives in order to produce a superior quality extra virgin olive oil.

A good restaurant (Ristorante Fiore) is located 5 minutes walk (200 meters), other small restaurants and pizzerias are located in the vicinity.
The territory also offers the possibility of hiking and walking or mountain biking (you have to be trained because we are on a hill).

Desde la autopista A1 (Milán): salga en FIRENZE SCANDICCI y tome la S.G.C. FI-PI-LI hacia Pisa. Después de unos pocos kilómetros, salga en GINESTRA FIORENTINA, gire a la derecha y continúe recto. Una vez en SAN VINCENZO A TORRI, cruce el pueblo y al final de este (en el semáforo), gire a la izquierda en Via San Niccolò hacia Marciola y continúe recto durante 4 km. La casa rural está en el lado izquierdo de la carretera principal.
