When booking, deposit 20% of the total amount collected immediately.
In order to proceed with the reservation of the accommodation, the Lessee returns to the Lessor the seasonal rental contract initialed on each page and signed accompanied by the payment of the deposit, the signed estimate, a copy of the resort insurance, a deposit of 300 euros (damage security deposit) which will not be debited.
All details are in the contract.
1 month before the date of stay payment of 80% of the balance.
If booking less than one month before, full payment of the balance.
20% booking deposit. Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund of 80% of the balance up to 15 days before arrival.
If the Lessor unilaterally terminates the contract for any reason other than non-performance of the tenant's contractual obligations, he must:
Refund the deposit as soon as possible if it is a case of force majeure making rental impossible.

"Superbe Adresse à retenir"
Gîte fort bien équipé dans un cadre idéal et accueilli par un hôte prévenant et accueillant. Le séjour a malheureusement été trop court. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la wifi. Adresse à retenir où nous retournerons avec plaisir.
