For your stay, a bright house, very pleasant to live in, in the countryside for 6/8 people with a beautiful space of 2500 m² with trees, flowers, fully fenced with parking.
Composed of a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC.
Day side: a large living-dining room with a television and a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry.
And to finish a workspace with a desk, armchairs and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
A terrace equipped with a garden set for meals with a barbecue.
At the edge of the swimming pool there is a relaxation area with a terrace in the shade.
Both adults and children will be able to enjoy the very pleasant wooded outdoor space.
Close to the Dordogne tourist sites (less than 1 hour from Sarlat, Castelnaud, Lascaux IV, Le Bugue, Les Eyzies).
10 minutes from Perigueux.
You can discover the joys of our Dordogne: cycling, walking, canoeing, lake, castles, various cellars, aquarium, park for children...
Amenities are nearby.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Baby equipment is available (folding bed, high chair, bath)
It is a house where we have experienced moments of joy, happiness of giggles with our 2 children (with hide and seek parties, treasure hunts, balloon parties, swimming days... And for these reasons here we want to make every effort to ensure that you experience moments of sharing and conviviality during your stay.
We provide board games, books for children, teenagers and adults.
And for the bravest, some gym equipment: floor mats, a few dumbbells, rubber bands (we anticipate your Sarladaise potato meals, foie gras, walnut tart, grilled aperitif evenings!)
This is a new experience for us to do vacation rentals and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable.
Currently at the end of exterior renovation: swimming pool area, relaxation area... We will add the photos very soon!
