It consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, table and chair, a sleeping area which can be isolated from the living room by sliding doors with a 140x190 cm double bed and a storage/dressing space, a shower room with sink and large storage cupboard, a separate toilet, a NEW fully equipped American kitchen.
A private closed box, located in the basement of the building (standard size for sedan and SUV // Entrance width with mirrors 2m20 x interior width 2m50 x height 2m20 x length 4m50).

You will be 5 minutes walk from the town center and shops and 50 m from the beaches (not sand but magnificent pebbles!)
A wide choice of activities is available to you just a few kilometers away: water activities, hiking, markets, the town center of Menton, many small typical Provençal villages (Roquebrune village and its castle, the village of Sainte-Agnès, more high coastal village in Europe…)

We do not provide linen (sheets/towels).
The proposed rates include tourist tax and cleaning.
