PiscinaThe set of 3 lodgings, including car parks and buildings, is located on a plot of 2700 m², on the outskirts of the town of USSEAU, 100 m from the village square and shops.
The front of the gites overlooks our house.
Each cottage is arranged in the same way.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom is upstairs with a shower and a sink.
The ground floor consists of a large room in exposed stone where there is an American-style kitchen, a sofa bed and a living room with fireplace. The toilets are under the wooden staircase.
There is a small outdoor courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.
A 200 m² enclosed relaxation area is available for the 3 lodgings.
There is an above-ground swimming pool of 1.20 m high, it is an 8 of 7 m maximum by 4 m. Water filling is subject to prefectural restrictions.
In Usseau, there is a cultural center, a multisport field, shops, garages, a doctor.
In Mauzé (8 km) there are supermarkets and shops, a small market every Wednesday and Saturday.
There are many visits possible within a radius of 20 km (Marais poitevin, ornithological park, Church on the road to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle).
About half an hour away by car, there are Niort, Surgères, Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Saintes, La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Maillezais abbey, Aiguillon bay, the forest de Chizé with its animal park, Dompierre and the Poitou donkeys ...
About an hour away: Poitiers, Futuroscope, Cognac, Mervent forest
