Boasting a private entrance, this holiday home comes with 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven. - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)
- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £65 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
-Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.
