家族経営のContinental Parkhotelはルガーノの主要鉄道駅の200m南に位置、駅からはケーブルカーが市内中心部に定期的に出発しています。 ルガーノでの観光やビジネスを終えたあとは、大きな公園にある素晴らしいスイミングプールでスイミングをお楽しみください。 ホテルは全室禁煙ルームで、エアコンと防音窓を完備しています。コンフォートルームは別館に位置、スーペリアルームは本館に位置しています。 館内に複数のレストランを併設、ガーデンには典型的なティチーノスタイルのグラトウ（洞窟）があります。こちらは夏季期間中、週に2回オープンしています。ゲストは種類豊富なビュッフェ式朝食で一日をスタートできます。また、美味しいアラカルト料理やセットメニューをご堪能ください。 周辺の歴史あるぶどう畑、ロンコ・デイ・ビアンキ（Ronco dei Bianchi）の建物は慎重に復元され、建物内には蒸留所、ワインセラー、農業博物館、洞窟レストランなどがあります。
