Swimming-poolSet on a peaceful countryside location in Rovinjsko Selo, the stylish Luxury Villa Mare has an outdoor swimming pool, a large green garden and modernly furnished apartments with free Wi-Fi. The beach is 7 km away, while the centre of Rovinj is within 9 km.
The 1400 m² yard includes a garden terrace with barbecue and a poolside terrace. More than 20 cherry trees, some other fruits and a 300-year old olive tree are featured as well.
The swimming pool is 10 x 4 metres in size. Parking on site is free of charge.
A tavern, grocery shop and some bars can be found in the village, within only 500 metres from the villa. There is a bike route that leads to Rovinj and 2 more routes for cycling, jogging and hiking. The surrounding area also offers some wine cellars and opportunities for olive oil tasting.
Pula Airport is at a distance of 35 km, and a pick-up service can be arranged upon request.
