Article 5 - Cancellation by the Tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or by e-mail to the owner.
a) The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. The client will have to pay 50% of the total amount if they cancel within 14 days before arrival. If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains the property of the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

After about 1 km, turn left towards Pierre-Percée (bend with little visibility).
In Pierre-Percée, turn left twice.
If you arrive via Sarrebourg, it is preferable to stay on the national 4, direction Lunéville and take the D400 towards Blâmont. Then, follow Badonviller and Pierre-Percée. In the village, turn left, after the Town Hall.
A 2-space customer car park is reserved for you slightly below the house.
PLEASE NOTE: Night market in Pierre-Percé, Friday evenings from June to August, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. From 5 p.m., our street is no longer accessible, you can park at the entrance to the village, near the “2 Gros” restaurant 200 m from the house.
