Le Logis sits in the middle of a 2 hectare park, ideal for nature lovers. It has a private pond, several shaded terraces, barbecue, deck chairs, private parking, covered shed and interior courtyard.
Air conditioning is not necessary because the walls of this old house are thick enough to guarantee freshness in hot weather.
It has 3 living rooms in rows and 6 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 parental suite on the second as well as a bedroom located in the dungeon of the manor; all very different, vast and modular. The set can accommodate 15 people, or possibility of individual guest rooms. The bedding is of good quality, beds in 160.
For your relaxation, you will find great comfort with 2 beautiful Italian bathrooms with bathtubs, accompanied by numerous toilets.
Several insert fireplaces adorn the lounges, all of which are also modular.
A dining room opens onto a very modern and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, wine cellar, microwave, oven, dishwasher, professional coffee machine. This kitchen itself gives access to a superb veranda, overlooking nature.
