Situated on 23 hectares of rolling countryside in the tourism supply zone for the World Heritage Site, The Cradle of Humankind, Hills and Dales Accommodation is a relaxed, country and home style venue.
Our mission is, to cater for each guest's requirements, from peaceful getaways for couples and families, to school reunions, farmers groups, golf tours, 21st and other birthday parties, team building events, relaxed business meetings and conferences, to paintball held in the natural terrain.
Boasting beautiful gardens, lovely scenery and ambiance as well as abounding birdlife, the property is situated adjacent to the Lanseria Airport, thus providing a peaceful getaway 40 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the environs of Johannesburg and Sandton.

• We are a rustic Countryside Establishment with animals and a stretch of 600 meters of a reasonable dirt road to the property. We are rated 3-Stars, are self-catering by default, and are not a city type Monte Casino Establishment with shops, malls and buildings around us.
• On Saturday afternoon and evening, due to events, the Hlala Lapha pool area may not be available from 14H00 until late. The Wallow swimming pool is always available to guests.
• Refundable deposits may be required for group bookings.
• We do not operate a Restaurant, Hotel or bar, however, we do cater on request. Breakfasts can be ordered on arrival, however, if other meals are required such as lunch or dinner, let us know at least three days prior to arrival so that we can email you a menu.
• Last minute bookings can order breakfasts on arrival, however, no other meals will be available.
• We have charcoal and firelighters available to purchase, however, please bring your own wood.
• We do need to know if you are wanting to bring pets as we do not allow all breeds of dogs, or, all types of pets and not all our Units are pet friendly.
• Only paid guests are allowed on the property. If you would like additional day visitors to visit you, these need to be booked in by the Guest @ R200 per person and should leave by 21H00 for security reasons. No more than 2-day visitors are allowed per booking.
• If you want to bring a small docking station, or, blue tooth speakers, no more than 400 mm x 300 mm, will be allowed and to be played at all times at a reasonable level determined by the Host. Absolutely NO speakers, microphones, sound systems or thundering music out of a vehicle, are allowed on the property by guests or events, in consideration of all other guests and the surrounding countryside neighbourhood.
• Consider other guests by not talking loudly, shouting or hooting, Turn off all music at 24H00.
