Set in a peaceful location amid the Kitzbühel Alps, Haus Eugenie is 250 metres from the Ganslern Ski Lift and a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop. This family-run guest house features a garden with a terrace, and a traditional-style dining area with a fireplace. Kitzbühel's centre is a 10-minute walk away.

Some rooms have a balcony offering panoramic views of the mountain scenery. The apartments also feature a kitchen. In the living room of the apartment there is also a kitchen block and a dining area.

Haus Eugenie offers free private parking and ski storage. The public area is equipped with table tennis facilities.

The ski bus gets you to the Hornbahn and Hahnenkamm ski slopes and to the centre of Kitzbühel, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. Schwarzsee Lake is 1.5 km away, while Golf Club Kitzbühel Kaps is 3 km from the property. The Schwarzsee Golf Course is 2 km away.
