Once here, you’ll never want to leave. The house, from the middle of the last century, is located in a unique and very quiet hamlet surrounded by greenery just 30 minutes from Cagliari and a few kilometers from the Parco dei Sette Fratelli - halfway between the fantastic beaches of Costa Rei, Villasimius and Poetto. Founded by the Cagliari bourgeoisie at the end of the 19th century as a holiday resort, the small hamlet of San Gregorio has villas and gardens of remarkable beauty and perfectly preserved. It is a place of great peace and silence, completely immersed in nature. A few hundred meters from the village, the winding road called Campu Omu (the old Eastern Sardinian, SS125, which connected north and south of Sardinia), winds through breathtaking views to the coast. In the village there is a tiny church that opens only one day a year, on the occasion of the patron's feast.
The B&B is located in the very green and characteristic hamlet of San Gregorio, just 30 minutes from Cagliari and a few km from the Sette Fratelli Park - in a breathtaking and quiet area halfway between the fantastic beaches of Costa Rei, Villasimius, and Poetto.
The house is a mid-century villa, renovated in 2021 according to the principles of energy saving (photovoltaic, double glazing and insulation) and the interior is welcoming, simple and well furnished. The B&B has three double bedrooms on the first floor, all very bright and with private bathroom, WiFi, minibar, air conditioning / heating. Two, with large double windows, have a view of the surrounding greenery and the hamlet while the third has a view of the internal courtyard and the surrounding hills.
The breakfast includes milk, tea, coffee, jams, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh bread, butter, cereals, homemade cakes and seasonal products.
It is served in the internal courtyard or in the bedroom in case of bad weather.

La chambre, est grande et située au premier étage.
Elle est très tranquille et lumineuse grâce à ses deux grandes fenêtres (avec volets roulants). WiFi, minibar, bouilloire, climatisation/chauffage. Salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo, bidet et WC. La vue de la chambre est sur la verdure environnante, le bourg et la cour.

Elle vous accueillera dans sa belle maison traditionnelle et authentique, toujours disponible pour vous donner de bons conseils sur tous les beaux endroits à découvrir, gagliari et ses ruelles, le site des statues sonores, les plages incroyables pas le temps de s’ennuyer …

"Merveilleuse découverte"
J’ai séjourné dans le b and b de Marzia au mois d’avril et je vais sûrement y retourner dès que possible.
La chambre est calme, grande, lumineuse avec tout confort et donne sur un jardin merveilleux plein de fleurs, orangers, glycines.
La maison est toute rénovée avec beaucoup de goût élégance et simplicité à la fois. Petit déjeuner parfait , (gâteaux et confitures faits maison..). Marzia est adorable, pleine d’humour parle parfaitement anglais , français et espagnol: elle est aussi disponible et donne des bons conseils sur les plus jolis sites à visiter,plages et restaurant.
Je conseille vivement ce b and b pour une vacance pas anonyme que on oublie pas.

La chambre, est grande et située au premier étage. Elle est très tranquille et lumineuse grâce à ses deux grandes fenêtres (avec volets roulants). WiFi, minibar, bouilloire, climatisation/chauffage. Salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo, bidet et WC. La vue de la chambre est sur la verdure environnante et le bourg.
